Este pasado sábado 13 de febrero ha tenido lugar el campeonato de Andalucía Sub’23 de atletismo en pista cubierta en Antequera. Dos chicas del IES Antonio Gala, Raquel Santos (Alumna de 4º de ESO) y Ana Mª Chacón (Alumna de 3º de ESO), han subido al podio en la modalidad de salto con pértiga.
Ana consiguió la medalla de bronce y Raquel la medalla de plata. Además, ambas con marca personal y pasaporte para el campeonato de España de su categoría (Raquel campeonato juvenil en Salamanca y Ana campeonato cadete en Oviedo).
Participaron también Carmen Chacón en triple salto (5ª clasificada) y David Ceballos en longitud (5º clasificado). Mencionar que Carmen también tiene mínima para participar en el campeonato de España cadete.
Una muestra más de que el trabajo duro y el sacrificio en el esfuerzo siempre va acompañado de su recompensa. Enhorabuena a tod@s.
